Bridgewater Place is an under construction office and residential development in Leeds, United Kingdom. It will become the tallest building in Leeds and Yorkshire (although this does not take into account structures such as Emley Moor). It will have a height of 110 metres extending to 137 metres if the spire on top is included and has 32 storeys, of which two are used for car parking, ten for offices and twenty for residential purposes.
