Lawnswood is a suburb in the North West of the city of Leeds in West Yorkshire. It has been home to many of the Leeds Rhinos rugby league team. It is bordered by West park, Headingley, Adel, Ireland Wood, Horsforth, Cookridge and Holt Park. It is close to the CBD of Leeds and not far from the city of Bradford. Its nearest train station is Horforth but there are plans to build a train station in Lawnswood itself.
